All online transactions take place via Paypal®. At no point does Binxalot.com have access to your banking or credit card information.

13. Transaction Malfunctions

In the event of a of a web site failure during the transaction process where the sale goes through Paypal® but there is a malfunction with the processing of your order on Binxalot.com, Paypal® will periodically resend the confirmation of the sale to our server. Once the server comes back online and the malfunction has been corrected you will receive all of the necessary materials via email. If it has been over 24 hours and you have not yet received your download confirmation email please contact binxalot@binxalot.com and we will send you the files via email.

14. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the materials you downloaded and would like a refund please contact binxalot@binxalot.com to request a refund. If you choose to bypass binxalot.com and dispute your transaction through Paypal® you are welcome to do so. If you receive a refund YOU MUST DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THE DOWNLOADED MATERIALS FROM YOUR COMPUTER. Using web site materials after obtaining a refund is theft.
